March Creative Challenge – Florals

Creative Challenges

It has been a while since I posted a creative challenge. I am excited to get things going again!

This time we are going to do things differently, and I hope it will be easier for us all.

Each month I will post a new challenge here on the blog, and you can work at your own pace and enter your creation whenever you’d like. You may even go back and do challenges in the past if you’d like to! No pressure and no time restrictions! Sound good?
Instead of emailing me your photos, like we did before, you can now share your photo right in the comments here on this post and share on social media with the hashtag #LittleBluebirdsCreativeChallenge! Just look below the comment box for a button to upload your photo. I will have to approve each entry, so don’t get all freaked out if your picture doesn’t show up instantly 🙂 I will do my best to keep up with comments daily and post new entries as they come in.
I am planning to post at least one new video of myself painting something that pertains to each monthly challenge.

So…with all that behind us now…let’s get this first challenge started!!

March Creative Challenge- Florals

This month draw, paint, mod podge, collage, carve, sculpt, chalk, or whatever you would like, to create something about flowers!

Here is a little video demonstrating how I paint abstract roses with a palette knife:

Remember, you don’t have to paint! You can crochet a flower pattern, make a collage of pressed flowers, finger paint, make a card, make string art, whatever! Just use flowers as your theme and have fun!

If you would like to go back and try some of the older challenges use this link to see them all: PAST CHALLENGES Just ignore the instructions about emailing the entries on those posts and upload in the comments there, too.

This is all just for fun and enjoyment!

Anyone of any age is welcome to join in!

No violent, gory, or gruesome creations will be accepted.

No nudity or inappropriate creations will be accepted.

Thank you for entering the challenge. I hope you have fun, and I am blessed by your encouragement!

I’d like to encourage you to dream big and keep learning new things!

The video says private. Do I need to sign up for something first to get in on the challenges and see the videos?

I am sorry about that. I was trying to save it until the blog post went live and forgot to make it public. It should work now. ?
