Assignment 1:
Define your personal challenges by ideating and owning your honest thoughts. Create affirmations that negate those thoughts and create a list that is customized just for you. Use that list regularly to keep your mindset in check.
Assignment 2:
Create an inspiration board. You can do that digitally or on paper. Continue to add to it and use these ideas to inform your creativity for years to come!
Assignment 3:
Try a mind mapping session and ideate freely! Choose a theme and write down everything you can possibly think of that relates to that one idea.
