A New Course!

I’ve been working on something!!!

It’s called Acrylic Painting For Beginners, and it’s packed FULL of everything you need to know to start painting with my very favorite medium….acrylic paint!! I love painting, and this course is a way for me to share that love with you.

You’ll learn about color, acrylic paint, layering, brush techniques, value, line, surfaces, composition, and varnish while painting a landscape, flowers, faces, and a still life!! I approach this using easy to follow terms (some that I made up myself LOL!) and instructions. There’s also a video helping you to create your own color wheel, and a bonus on painting more loosely!!!!

I’m super excited to share it with you!! Here’s the link for more info!

I love the way Amanda explains the acrylic process. Going from darker to lighter. Explaining tints, hues and how to make use of the color wheel. I have joined the Creative Community. Wonderful input from other painting talents. It really is a community. Question on Watercolor paintings when they are done. Do we need to spray so they won’t fade ?

Thank you so much for the kind comment! I’m so glad you are enjoying the Creative Community! As far a watercolors go…that’s not my strong spot. I have never sealed watercolors myself, but I’m not really sure if it’s the norm to do that.
