Painting Over Old Work

I love to make old things like new. I love rearranging furniture, making a room more cozy, giving my website a new look, changing aesthetics of anything really…It fuels my creativity and also gives me peace for some reason.

This need also translates over into my art practice in the form of painting over old work. I’m planning to give several older paintings fresh makeovers and then release them in a collection.

The date of that release is still tba so if you’d like to get notified when it’s ready, sign up on my Bluebird Collectors list here: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/64529b9c02298deb828d99a6

Thank you, Amanda! This tutorial was amazing! I have to follow your advice about painting over another painting and allowing myself to change the painting without worrying about the outcome.
