Painting An Abstract Rose

 

Painting with a palette knife is my very favorite way to create art. It’s so much easier to make bold strokes and painterly, impressionistic work using a painting knife rather than a brush. 

Using acrylic paint is also one of my favorite things because you can complete a painting in a very short period of time. This one only took about 20 minutes to complete and it’s totally dry and ready to hang in 24 hours or less!
