I love creating anything floral, and painting flowers is one of my favorite things. However, drawing is one of my least favorites because it feels tight, stressful, tedious, and hard. I know that sketching and drawing will improve my paintings so I’ve sort of forced myself to do it. One thing that has helped me to loosen up and enjoy sketching is using tools that are not so precise like charcoal, ink, and…..twigs? Yes!
