Color Swatches Can Help You Plan a Painting

Color swatches can help you plan ahead! I like to make swatches of my paints so that I can really see the color when I am planning a painting. It’s also super relaxing to just put on some music and paint squares of color. Planning doesn’t have to be something in-depth and rigid. Just looking at your paint colors on a sample swatch and then putting some of them together in a floral painting counts as planning. In this replay of a Facebook live video, I show you some of my color swatches and how they can help you, too!
